There is a 3-day apple diet that follows a routine of eating 1 apple before each of your three daily meals in a day. You will feel less-hungry and you eat less in the process. Planning of meals is also key.

Aside from the suggested diets above, there is a also a 7-day water diet routine that you can easily follow:

Monday – You can Eat as much juices and fruits as you wish. Just don’t include Bananas into the diet.

Tuesday – You can Eat all the vegetables and vegetable soups that you wish.

Wednesday – You can have a combination of the Monday and Tuesday routine (i.e. fruit juice + vegetables.)

Thursday – You can Eat 5 bananas and 5 glasses of milk.

Friday to Sunday- You can eat meat (at least 4 steaks of meat. 3 ounces each). It can be fish, beef, or chicken with an unlimited serving of vegetables.
